The operating system for specialty contractors

Build the business. Run it on one system.

METTLE learns how your business actually operates—your people, processes, tools, challenges and goals—then builds a customized operating system that simplifies work, automates routine actions and creates accountability.

BID → WINBid intelligence + follow-up

Only qualified work enters the system.

A large project is not automatically a good pursuit. METTLE applies your market, client, trade, timing, size and do-not-pursue rules before work reaches the team.

EXAMPLE FLOW

Permit detected → project consolidated → qualification score → CRM checked → GC identified → contacts researched → action assigned → relationship/outreach → ITB → bid → follow-up → award/loss.

One company. One contact. One project. One bid. One activity history. One next action.

Then give each role the view it needs.

How it works

We do not hand you another disconnected tool. We build and automate your system.

01 — DISCOVER

Learn

Map the people, tools, data, workflows, leaks, risks and goals.

02 — DESIGN

Build

Define the data spine, ownership rules, views, SOPs and automations.

03 — DEPLOY

Install

Connect Workspace, Drive, CRM, reporting and the team’s daily work.

04 — OPTIMIZE

Improve

Measure response, movement, hit rate and accountability—then tighten the system.

Three ways to start

Choose the installation depth.

Every engagement starts with the real business. Scope expands only after the core workflow is clear.

System Blueprint

Find the leaks and build the plan.

$500 / fixed
  • 60–90 minute system review
  • Workflow and data map
  • Priority action plan
  • One-week delivery
METTLE OS Partner

Build the complete operating loop.

Custom / 90-day phase
  • FIND through LEARN roadmap
  • Custom integrations and controls
  • Field and photo workflows
  • Ongoing measurement and optimization
  • Leadership operating cadence

Pricing is a starting framework and is confirmed after system review. Software subscriptions and third-party costs are separate.

Business intake + security

Enough information to build the right system. Nothing unnecessary.

We gather the business information necessary to design your system. Production access is role-controlled and the information is used only to build and support your customized solution.

Purpose-limited intakeEvery question and upload maps to a defined implementation need.
Access by roleClient folders, financial records and legal records use least-privilege access.
File routingUploads are validated, named, logged and routed to the correct Drive destination.
Release controlDevelopment, production, evidence and rollback packages remain separate.
Build. Grow. Win.

Stop running the company from memory.

Start with a focused review. Leave with the first system worth installing.

METTLE™ Business System ReviewStep 1 of 8
Business basics

Start with the real company.

Tell us who you are and the best way to reach you.

Business model

What kind of work do you pursue?

We use this to tailor questions, terminology and qualification rules.

Customers + markets

Define a good opportunity.

The system should suppress bad-fit work before it creates noise.

Revenue workflow

How does work become revenue today?

Describe the path from opportunity to award—and where it breaks.

People + accountability

Who owns what?

List the roles, decisions and handoffs the system must support.

Tools + data

What already exists?

We reuse what works and define one source of truth before adding software.

Business files + photos

Show us the real business.

Upload only what helps us understand the company and its workflows. You can remove any file before submitting.

How files are handled: In production, files upload to a restricted client Intake folder—not into email. The system records file name, category, uploader and time; validates type and size; then routes approved files into the client’s Drive structure. This review build shows the complete upload experience but does not transmit files until the secure intake connection is activated.
Review + consent

One clean handoff.

Confirm the purpose of the intake before submitting.
